Spe-ed Mate glass vacuum manifolds offer the advantages of our standard Spe-ed Mates PLUS an easily cleaned, chemically-inert clear glass chamber for visually monitoring vacuum operations. Simultaneous vacuum, extraction, elution or filtration of samples can be controlled by individual valves. The individual vacuum control valves permit adjustment of the flow rate for each sample. A vacuum gauge and bleed valve assembly allows control and monitoring of vacuum applied to the chamber. Luer connections on the valve assemblies accept a broad range of SPE cartridge sizes from 1mL to 60mL. Adjustable racks inside the glass walled vacuum chamber accommodate a variety of collection vessels. Eluants are deposited directly into collection vessels via polypropylene needles.
